My wife and I are very well traveled and self proclaimed "foodies" who live on the road full-time traveling to some of the most amazing places. I am very well versed on the operations of a restaurant, even though not my current profession. My bride and I have been all over the world for business and leisure alike. Every time we leave, our goal is to try amazing food and drink at any establishment that we can. I tell you that, to tell you this: Out of everywhere we have been and go - Ventiki takes the cake. The food. The drink. the ambiance. Above all else - - THE SERVICE!!! You have really done well at selecting your staff who run the place as well as take care of your patrons, ensuring they return for more of the same. I have never seen a more efficient team of people working together for a common goal. They are always prepared and ready to get cold drinks in your hand, or hot and delicious food out to the table. The food comes out clean, and well prepared. The garnish impeccable. The plate, spot on. And the willingness to take care of the customer goes above and beyond. I don't have enough delicious things to say about them. They work their asses off to make sure that everything is consistent and perfect every time. I watch them work and I am so taken back at the team work and effort put into everything they do. They work seamlessly in every aspect, taking great care to make sure that the food and drink is prepared exactly as expected by the customer base. The food is always hot, fresh, and timely. I have never had to wait for longer than a second trip to get all of the food delivered to the table. Perfect time is so hard to keep in a high volume restaurant, however, your team has been able to figure out the dynamics of timing across the various situations in a way that no other can manage to do.
